FBI submission

 The U.S. Department of Justice, also known as Departmental Order, can provide individuals with an Identity History Summary, often referred to as a criminal history record or a "rap sheet".  

 US citizen, or a US Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) applicants take 24hrs to 48hrs for the results via email.  

 Walk-ins are Welcome, but appointments take priority. 

 FBI Background check without SSN, NO-US citizens, or a NO-US Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) applicants take 15 to 20 days. 

 What is Apostille?

 A legal certification that makes a document from one country valid in another (provided that both are signatories to the 1961 Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement for Legalization for Foreign Public Documents).

FBI and other Federal Apostilles: The U.S. Department of State currently does not offer rush services. Due to staff shortages and other variables, the current process time is about 6-11 weeks. 

The process is us sending the hard copy to get the apostille completed at the Office of Authentications in Washington DC.  Expedited Apostille FBI Check **Temporarily Unavailable**

***If you need more than ONE Apostille from the same background check, please let us know first. It is a special request we need to do first, not always possible, because it depends on the country. If they are all countries part of the Hague Convention, then yes! we can help.

Some countries require additional Authentication since they are not part of the Hague Convention and will require additional certification depending on the country.
